Generally, approval can be made within 2 hours of receiving your application. (In some cases, the requirement for documentation or information may result in longer periods.)
After the loan is finalised, how long does it take to get my money?
If the paperwork is completed and signed before 3PM, (excluding weekends and public holidays) your money will be transferred into your bank account the same day or overnight via electronic funds transfer. You’ll be able to withdraw your money at the latest the next business day.
How much money can I borrow?
You can borrow up to $10,000. Anything over $3000 requires a security. All loan sizes require you to be working.
When my loan has been approved, what happens next?
The relevant documents are drawn up and finalised either electronically or by Fax to 1300 318 388. (Simply complete the documents as directed. If you have any problems or need help completing your loan documents, call us on 1300 774 562 for assistance.)
What if I can’t make a repayment?
Contact us ASAP. Let us know that the payment cannot be made. We’ll organise an option for you so that alternative payment arrangements can be made.
How long do I get to repay the loan?
Loan repayment times vary depending on size of the loan. Typically, payments range from 3 months to 24 months.
